To support our Legal Department, we are currently looking for a dedicated part-time employee with a focus on legal research, enabling accurate analysis and reliable decision-making across all areas of the business. You will contribute to making processes more efficient and ensuring the regulatory compliance within our company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive legal research in German and EU law, and, where relevant, international law
  • Analyzing and summarizing legal developments, case law, and regulatory requirements in a clear and structured manner
  • Preparing legal memoranda and assessments for internal stakeholders
  • Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and updating of internal policies, guidelines, and templates
  • Contributing to ongoing compliance projects, including the implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. consumer protection, e-commerce, or data protection)
  • Monitoring legislative developments and supporting the legal team in ensuring timely adaptation to regulatory changes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer Support) on regulatory topics
  • Supporting the handling of individual legal inquiries and cases under supervision

Your profile

  • Ongoing or completed studies in law or a comparable field (e.g. LL.B., LL.M., First or Second State Examination)
  • Ability to summarise complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct structured and thorough legal research
  • Interest in business-oriented legal work
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is a plus: e-commerce, data protection law, IT law, IP law, employment law, tax law
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Presence in Berlin is required!
