To strengthen our Support Department, we are looking for a motivated Support Agent (German/English) who enjoys helping customers, takes ownership of support requests, and serves as a reliable point of contact between our users and internal teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Support Agent you will support customers on Cardmarket in all their concerns and also take care of other tasks from the "Operations" area. The main task here is to answer and solve customer enquiries in writing, primarily in German and English.
  • As Cardmarket is a marketplace with many private participants, a large part of the work in "Customer Support" is also mediation between two parties, with each agent having a large degree of decision-making freedom and responsibility.

Your profile

  • You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C1) and ideally French (B1) and/or Spanish (B1)?
  • Do you like trading card games and are you familiar with online trading (on Cardmarket if possible)? 
  • Do you like working in a solution-oriented way and helping others? 
  • Do you enjoy dealing with people, have a feel for customer enquiries and strike "the right note" in conversation?
  • Are you well-versed in the use of computers and office applications?
  • You already have working experience in customer support with other companies?
  • Presence in Berlin is required!
