Your Responsibilities
  • You’re leading our engineering teams on their way to agility by supporting them in finding the best way of working together
  • You’re  encouraging self-organization, taking ownership, and continuous development.
  • You’re coaching and consulting our engineering teams as well as our management in choosing the right and suitable agile working methods
  • You’re identifying systemic relations (and problems), their underlying causes, and you’re supporting our teams in choosing and using the appropriate solutions
  • You’re not only imparting agile knowledge and expertise to our engineers and technical staff but provide an understanding about Scrum and Kanban methodology to the whole Cardmarket Family
  • You’re supporting our Product Owner in stakeholder management by provisioning them with proper methods of fostering the product backlog
  • As an expert, you know the opportunities and risks of “working agile” and use tools, processes, and metrics thoughtfully and meeting the demands
  • As a member of the agile community, you share your knowledge and experience to contribute to the continuous improvement of the agile organization
Your profile
  • You have profound knowledge of agile principles and methodology available
  • You have multi-year experience in working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • You understand the usual processes, methods, and tools of software engineering
  • You live the enthusiasm for agile values and master agile methods blindfolded
  • You are equipped with strong communication and organizational skills, empathy, and have exceptional talent in dealing with conflicts and in mediating
  • You are always curious, motivated to explore new grounds and constantly adapting your own competences
  • You speak English fluently
  • A big plus is an interest in gaming (trading card games, board games, etc.)
  • Presence in Berlin is required
